The Gold Rush Growler 10 Mile & 5K Trail Runs take place on September 20, 2025, starting at 7:00 AM from Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA.
Courses Available
- 10 Mile Trail Run: Cost ranges from $50 to $60
- 5K Trail Run: Cost ranges from $40 to $50
Awards
Overall Male and Female winners will receive champion awards. Awards will be given for the top three in each age group.
Registration and Volunteer Opportunities
Packet pickup will be available race morning from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM. Interested in volunteering? Join our Race for FREE program for a chance to mentor and earn a $40 voucher towards entry fees at any of our events.
Refunds are subject to TBF Racing's policy, and transfers are allowed within a one-year time frame with a fee.
