Race Info
The Final Countdown - Tribute is a unique race experience designed for runners of all levels, from beginners to experienced ultra-runners. The race takes place on a 1.33-mile loop at Amani Brewery, featuring a smooth, fast trail with some small hills. Each lap, runners start together and must complete the loop within a set time. The challenge increases as each successive lap's countdown time decreases by 20 seconds, forcing participants to run faster. The race concludes when only one runner can complete a lap before the countdown timer reaches zero.
Course Details: The course is a 1.33-mile loop on a mowed grass path. Participants run .67 miles out and retrace their steps back to the start/finish line.
Race Weekend Timeline:
- Friday, September 18th: Packet Pickup at Amani Brewing (4-7pm)
- Saturday, September 19th: Packet Pickup at Amani Brewing (7:30am - 8:45am), Race Start (9:00am)
Aid Stations: An aid station will be available at the start/finish line with refreshments. Participants can also set up their own aid stations near the start/finish.
SWAG: Runners will receive a race t-shirt, custom race bib, custom finisher awards, custom podium award for the winner, a free first beer/beverage at Amani Brewing, and post-race refreshments.
Special Regulations: No outside alcohol is permitted on Amani Brewing property due to state law. The brewery opens at 9:30am.
Distinguished Participant 2026: Participate in 5 out of 7 2Lowe Run Co events to earn Distinguished Participant status and a special award.
