About the Program
Team Running Lab celebrates 10 years of bringing runners and walkers together. This free 16-week half or full marathon training program begins on June 29, 2026, with the goal race set for the Detroit Free Press Half and Full Marathon on October 18, 2026. Whether you are new to running or aiming for a new personal record, the program offers plans to help you stay consistent, confident, and ready for race day. Participants are welcome regardless of their chosen fall race.
This inclusive group welcomes all paces, ages, and experience levels. Benefits include:

Group Runs
- Tuesday nights: 6:00 PM at Running Lab
- Saturday mornings: 7:00 AM at Kensington Metropark, West Boat Launch
Even if you haven't picked a race yet, you are encouraged to join. Running is better with friends, and Team Running Lab is here to help you have a great season.
