The race is primarily run on natural paths, forest paths, and single tracks. Due to the nature of the terrain, muddy and slippery sections may occur depending on the weather. The course may deviate from the indicated profiles at any time. These serve solely as a guide before registration. Furthermore, external influences such as forestry work or natural forces may necessitate changes or adjustments to the course.
We recommend wearing running shoes with good tread, or even better, special trail running shoes.
