Swim & Run DLRG Vallendar
The Swim & Run DLRG Vallendar will take place in Höhr-Grenzhausen on Saturday, 29 August 2026. The event is organized by DLRG Ortsgruppe Vallendar e.V.
Competitions:
- Schüler 10-15 Jahre: 250 m Swimming, 1 km Running
- Erwachsene m/w ab Jhg. 2010: 750m Swimming, 5km Running
- Erwachsene m/w an Jhg. 2010: 350m Swimming, 5km Running
- Staffel ab Jhg. 2010: 350m Swimming, 5km Running
Start/Finish: Naturschwimmbad Linderhohl in Höhr-Grenzhausen
The swimming pool will be open for free to everyone on the day of the competition, so feel free to bring family and friends to cheer you on or participate.
Start Fees:
- Schüler: 10,00 EUR
- Erwachsene: 18,00 EUR
- Erwachsene Light: 15,00 EUR
- Staffel: 22,00 EUR
The start fee includes race catering and a start bag with surprises.
