Start & Ziel
Start & Ziel is at the access road to the Tennisheim at Rugenbergener Mühlenweg in 25474 Ellerbek.
Strecken
The three races start in front of the Tennisheim parking lot and run on different paths. All runs are generally on sidewalks where available.
Teilnahme
- 10km Lauf: Youth U16 and older (born 2012 and older)
- 6km Lauf: Youth U14 and older (born 2014 and older)
- 2km Schülerlauf: Youth U8 – U12 (born 2015 – 2020)
Participation is open to all who have trained and have no medical objections. Club affiliation is not required.
Anmeldung
Each participant will receive an automatic confirmation. Payment is by direct debit only. Registrations by phone, email, or without a direct debit authorization will not be processed. No refund of the registration fee if you do not start.
Meldegelder
- 10km Hauptlauf: € 13.00 (until 15.05.2026) / € 15.00 (from 16.05.2026)
- 6km Volkslauf: € 11.00 (until 15.05.2026) / € 12.00 (from 16.05.2026)
- 2km Schülerlauf: € 4.00 (until 15.05.2026) / € 5.00 (from 16.05.2026)
Startunterlagenausgabe
On the day of the event from 8:00 AM on site.
Tageswertung
The daily ranking is according to DLO. The net time will be counted, and a small award ceremony for all three runs will take place on site.
Zeitnahme
Timing is done using a passive transponder in the bib. The transponder must not be bent or damaged. Gross and net times are calculated for each run to ensure accurate timing. A test option to check the transponder's functionality will be provided in the start area.
Medaillen / Urkunden
All participants will receive a medal at the finish. Certificates can be downloaded after the event.
Ergebnisse
The results of the individual runs can be viewed online later.
Verpflegung
Water, electrolytes, and fruit will be offered to runners at the finish.
Umkleiden, Toiletten
There are no changing facilities on site. Toilet cabins are available.
Sporttaschenaufbewahrung
Sports bags can be dropped off on site.
Parken
Parking is available to a limited extent at the Rudolf-Harbig-Halle. It is recommended to travel by bicycle. If arriving by public transport (HVV), use the stops Danziger Straße or Heidkoppelweg. From there, it's about a ten-minute walk to the start area.
