Summer Meltdown Half Marathon - Houston

Embrace the heat and conquer the challenge at The Summer Meltdown Half Marathon! This event offers a variety of races set against the beautiful natural landscapes of Texas. The race kicks off at 7am, with aid stations to keep participants hydrated. The course may include paved trails, crushed granite, and dirt paths.
Events Offered:
- Kids Dash (approx. 20 yards, for kids 10 and under)
- 1 Mile Run (all ages and experience levels)
- 5k Run (3.11 miles)
- Quarter Marathon (6.55 miles)
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- Volunteer then Run 5K (3.11 mi)
- Virtual Run
Event Schedule:
- 5:30 AM - 6:45 AM: Packet Pickup
- 6:55 AM: Kids Dash
- 7:00 AM: National Anthem and Race Start
Awards and results are available immediately following the finish at the Registration tent. Bigfoot Running Company events proceed rain or shine.
