StRides Against Suicide & Overdose 2026
Join us for the StRides Against Suicide & Overdose event on August 1, 2026. This event aims to raise funds for mental health and substance abuse treatment for individuals in Northwest Indiana who are in need and cannot afford care. The annual U.S. suicide rate has increased significantly, and suicide is a leading cause of death among young adults in Indiana. Overdose deaths are also a major concern nationwide. A significant barrier to treatment is cost and lack of insurance. Profits from this event will provide scholarships for mental health and substance abuse treatment for uninsured or low-income clients. Your participation is crucial in our mission to reduce suicides and overdoses. Every $525 raised funds seven sessions of treatment for one individual.
