- Hobby-Lauf: 4 km (4 laps of 1 km) - Starts at 17:30 Uhr
- Walking: approx. 7.6 km - Starts at 18:15 Uhr
- Haupt-Lauf: 10 km (4 laps of 2.5 km, for ages 2009 and older) - Starts at 18:30 Uhr
- Staffel (Relay): 10 km (4 x 2.5 km laps) - Starts at 18:30 Uhr

- Kinder-Lauf: €5.00 (late registration + €3.00)
- Haupt-/Hobby-Lauf / Walking: €12.00 (late registration + €3.00)
- Staffel (Relay): €24.00 (late registration + €3.00)
- Late Registration: Possible on the event day up to 60 minutes before the start of each race.
