Location: Apex Nature Park, 2600 Evans Road, Apex, NC 27502
Program dates: March 11, 2025 - April 29, 2025
Class schedule: Every Tuesday from 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM
Cost of the class is $65. This cost includes:
- 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week
- A season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days
- 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply)
- Educational information coordinated by The Running PTs
- A training shirt
Please note that there are no refunds and no class credit if you drop out after registering. The class is capped at 30 registrants.
