Sparkassen – Störmthaler Seelauf
The 26th Sparkassen – Störmthaler Seelauf, supported by Intersport Hübner, will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2026, as part of the Störmthal village and club festival.

Location:
Start/Finish: Festwiese Sportplatz Störmthal, Rosengang 2, 04463 Großpösna, Störmthal district.
Parking: Use only designated parking areas. A separate parking lot for participants may be designated on the day of the event.
Routes
Approximately 2 km, 5 km, and 10 km. The routes run along Störmthaler See and feature cross-country paths, meadows, and a stream crossing over stepping stones. Some sections are asphalted.

- 8:00 AM – 9:45 AM: Registration Office Opens
- 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Late Registrations
- 8:00 AM – 9:45 AM: Start Packet Distribution
- 9:45 AM: Opening Ceremony
- 10:00 AM: Start for 2 km race
- Approx. 10:15 AM: Start for 5 km + 10 km races
- Award ceremonies will take place after the last finisher.
Organizational Fee
This fee is due upon collection of start documents and is separate from age group standings.
- 2 km Children/Pupils up to U12: €1, late registration + €1
- 2 km Youth to Adults: €2, late registration + €1
- 5 km from Pupils U12/Youth: €3, late registration + €2
- 5 km Adults: €4, late registration + €2
- 10 km from Youth U18 to Adults: €5, late registration + €2
Age Group Standings / Awards
- Age group standings are determined by the chosen route length.
- Up to U12: 2 km
- U14 to U20 and from 65 years: 5 km
- Main classes up to 60 years: 10 km (1st-3rd place male/female)
- Overall standings for each race distance: 1st-3rd place male/female
Liability / Registration
The organizer assumes no liability for accidents, theft, or other incidents. Registrations and pre-registrations must be submitted online via the registration portal by 8:00 AM on Thursday, June 18, 2026. The registration portal is open. Late registrations are possible on the day of the event between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM.
