Sparkassen Alb-Run
The Sparkassen Alb-Run is a highlight for all endurance fans, taking place in Heroldstatt on July 11, 2026. Choose between two attractive distances: 9 km or 16 km. The starting fee for both routes is 36.00 EUR.

About the Region: Since 2026, Heroldstatt is part of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Swabian Alb. Blooming orchards, juniper heaths grazed by sheep, and lush green beech forests, meadows, pastures, and agricultural land characterize the Swabian Alb and its foothills. Heroldstatt is located on the Alb plateau in the natural region 'Mittlere Kuppenalb', about 25 kilometers west of Ulm, and belongs to the Alb-Donau district. The altitude of the town ranges from 613 to 819 meters above sea level. This means pure nature for you – experience real Alb action!
Spectators: We are looking forward to a great atmosphere on and off the track! Fans are welcome on the course as pedestrians and cyclists, which will give you an extra boost when things get tough! An overview of the best spots for spectators will be provided. Catering for all hungry and thirsty fans is available at the Sportplatzhock.
Organizers: The running event is organized by SC Heroldstatt e.V. in cooperation with SUN Sportmanagement GmbH, the organizers of the Einstein Marathon Ulm/Neu Ulm.

Kids Event: On Sunday, July 12, 2026, at 14:30 Uhr, the Kids-Battle will take place. This is a 1 km obstacle run for children.
