Southampton Fast Twitch Triathlon
Sunday 18th April 2027 | Applemore Leisure Centre
A perfect way to kick off the Triathlon season, putting that winter training to the test with a pool-based sprint triathlon situated on the edge of the beautiful New Forest National Park. 400m swim (16 lengths of an inside pool), 21km bike and 5km run.
The bike course heads out towards the historic village of Beaulieu through the New Forest National Park where you might encounter some of the roaming livestock including New Forest ponies, cows, donkeys and even pigs! The National Park offers beautiful and varied scenery from open heathland to magical woodlands. Finish this sprint triathlon by running towards the village of Dibden Purlieu, up the appropriately named 'Challenger Way' and finish by sprinting along Roman Road.
A great early-season event for novices and experienced Triathletes alike.

MARSHALLING
Sign up to help out! Volunteers take on many important tasks, from car parking, helping on registration, marshalling out on the course to running a water stop. Marshalling is a super fun day out and without your support to help us deliver the best possible event, our events just wouldn't be able to run. You really can make a huge difference! We will provide you with a high visibility vest so that you are seen to be part of our event. As a thank you, we will send you a free entry code to use against any of our events.
