An approach to half marathon training program with a particular focus on injury prevention. Let our expert staff help you reach your goal event with a run faster run less training philosophy. Following a program with proven success we will help you reach and even surpass your goals.
Training Sessions
We will meet 3 times per week for instructor supported runs and will offer information sessions given by leading experts in areas of Nutrition, Recovery, Performance, Sports Medicine and Footwear.
Supported Runs Schedule
We will meet for 3 supported runs per week, Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:15pm and Saturday mornings at 8:00am from SoleScience (627 Maitland St).
Registration Fees
