Sokolský běh republiky – Zásada
The Sokolský běh republiky in Zásada will take place as a RACE. This means that the time may not be measured by a timing system. But don't worry, you won't miss your final time or the announcement of the winners! And what will you get from the organizers? Everyone will pick up their starting package with a starting number and other gifts from the organizers and partners in the background, and a beautiful medal in the shape of the republic awaits everyone at the finish line.
Main Race
Adults 6 km
The start is at the Zásada Sokolovna, running towards the Zásada football field, then towards Loužnice, after the village turn left onto a field path and run to Plchov, where the route joins the road to the right towards Držkov. Before the Držkov Sokolovna, turn left onto a field path around the Držkov football field to the end of the forest, where turn left onto a path along the forest and run continuously on this path to the road, where turn left. At the next intersection, turn left again on the road and back to the Sokolovna, where the finish is. The route is partly on asphalt and partly on field paths.
Children's Race
800 m - born 2018 and older
The start is 400m from the Sokolovna on a meadow. From the start, run along a field path to the forest, turn right into the forest, run to the meadow and turn right down along the forest and run straight down, run through the small forest to a larger field path, where turn right and run along the path to the finish. The route leads along a field path and a meadow.
400 m - born 2019 and younger
The start is 400m from the Sokolovna on a meadow. The start and finish are the same. From the start, run along a field path and return the same way back to the finish. The route leads along a field path.
Accompanying Program
For children, a gymnasium is available with table tennis, goals, basketball hoops, table football, etc.
Facilities for Runners
In the Sokolovna, there is an option for refreshments for everyone (not just participants). Storage of valuables or backpacks is possible in the changing room with lockable lockers in the Sokolovna. Men's and women's toilets are inside the Sokolovna.
Parking
Parking is available at the Sokolovna.
