Sokolský běh republiky – Kutná Hora
The Sokolský běh republiky in Kutná Hora will take place on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. The event uses professional timing, with prizes for the fastest runners. All participants receive a start package with a bib and gifts from organizers and partners. A medal in the shape of the republic awaits finishers.
Main Courses
- Adults 5.7 km: The route starts from the Sokolák sports field, goes through Sudoměřická street, then along a panel path between fields to a local menhir. From there, it follows a field path through fields and an asphalt road to Bezhlavý Ján, circles the local forest park, and returns the same way to the finish at Sokolák.
Children's Courses
- 900 m - born 2012-2015: Start on the athletic oval, one full lap (small circuit), then run onto the grass for 2 partial laps, combining grass and tartan track.
- 600 m - born 2016-2019: Start on the athletic oval, one full lap (small circuit), then run onto the grass for one partial lap, combining grass and tartan track.
- 250 m - born 2020-2023: Start on the athletic oval, one full lap.
Runner Facilities
Changing rooms and toilets are available in the local Sokolovna. Refreshments will be provided at the finish line for all participants.
Parking
Limited parking is available directly in front of the Sokolovna. Additional parking options include: Tyršova street parking (approx. 250 m) and a large parking lot on the main road opposite V Mišpulkách street (approx. 250 m).

- 14:00: Start of the main race
