Sokolský běh republiky – Alšovice
The Sokolský běh republiky in Alšovice will take place on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. This event is a race, and while timing might not be with a chip, your final time and winner announcements will still be provided. Participants will receive a starter pack with a race number and gifts from organizers and partners. A republic-shaped medal awaits everyone at the finish line.
Main Course
Adults: 4.7 km
The race starts in front of the Sokolovna (gymnasium) in Alšovice. Due to its location on a hill, the course has a varied profile with uphill and downhill sections. Runners will experience both asphalt roads and unpaved forest paths. The finish line is back in front of the Sokolovna.
Children's Courses
- 900 m - born 2013 - 2016 (Start will be accompanied to the starting point. Finish at Sokolovna. Runs on asphalt and forest paths.)
- 500 m - born 2017 - 2018 (Start and finish at Sokolovna. Runs next to the Sokolovna (hill) and on the field in front of the Sokolovna (flat).)
- 140 m - born 2019 - 2020 (Start and finish at Sokolovna. Runs on the field in front of the Sokolovna (flat).)
- 70 m - born 2021 and younger (Start and finish at Sokolovna. Runs on the field in front of the Sokolovna (flat).)

Facilities for Runners
In the facilities area, everyone will pick up their starter pack, including a race number and gifts from organizers and partners. A medal awaits at the finish line. An open kitchen will be available for refreshments. Toilets are inside the Sokolovna.
Parking
Parking will be available at the start area, but capacity is limited.

- 13:00: Start of the 70 m children's race (born 2021 and younger)
- 13:10: Start of the 140 m children's race (born 2019 - 2020)
- 13:20: Start of the 500 m children's race (born 2017 - 2018)
- 13:30: Start of the 900 m children's race (born 2013 - 2016)
- 13:45: Award ceremony for children's races
- 14:00: Start of the main race
- 15:00: Award ceremony for the main race
