Event Overview
The Seawitch Racing Festival Weekend features two great days of races, including the Half-Marathon Halloween Classic on Saturday and the 5k Classic/1 mile Fright Walk on Sunday. Celebrate the fall season and have fun running or walking in costume!
Event Schedule
- Half Marathon: Saturday, October 26, 2024, at 8 am
- 5k & 1 Mile Walk: Sunday, October 27, 2024, at 9 am
Location
Half Marathon starts at Cape Henlopen State Park, Main Beach Parking Lot, Lewes, DE 19958.
5k & 1 Mile Walk starts at The Grove Park, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.
Race Courses
- 1/2 Marathon Classic: 13.11 Miles
- 5k Classic: 3.1068 Miles
- 1 mile Fright Walk: 1 Mile
- Spooky Challenge Half & 5k: 16.2 Miles (combined)
Event Benefits
Proceeds will benefit local charities in the Lewes/Rehoboth area and Toys For Tots.
Entry Fee
- ½ Marathon: $60 through 10/20, $70 through 10/25, $80 race day
- 5k: $30 through 10/20, $35 through 10/26, $40 race day
- 1 Mile Fright Walk: $20 through 10/20, $25 through 10/26, $30 race day
Amenities
All participants will receive long sleeve cotton race shirts, and finishers in the half marathon will receive medals. Awards for top finishers will also be presented.
