Sauerländer Firmenlauf
The Sauerländer Firmenlauf will take place in Hemer on Thursday, June 11, 2026. The event features a 6.1 kilometer course through the Sauerlandpark Hemer, running around the former training grounds and past the quarry on a consistently paved surface.
Charitable Support: Each registration directly supports charitable organizations, such as the Kinderhilfe Organtransplantation (Kidney Transplant Aid).
Event Schedule:
- Park opens: 4:30 PM
- Catering and sponsor stands open: 5:00 PM
- Warm-up: 6:45 PM
- Start: 7:00 PM
- Soundgarten begins with finish: approx. 8:30 PM
- After-Run-Party: approx. 8:30 PM
- Award ceremony: approx. 9:00 PM
Participation Information:
Who can participate? Teams from companies, institutions, authorities, associations, universities, and other organizations are welcome, from small sole proprietorships to large corporations. Both runners and walkers are eligible, but Nordic walkers are not permitted due to the risk of injury from poles.
Registration: Registration is handled by the service provider davengo. A davengo account is required to register. Each organization must register a team captain to manage the team and book additional starting places. Participants will receive their individual timing and a personal finish line video via their davengo account.
Costs: Information on participation fees can be found on the 'Ablauf' page. Fees include beverage catering in the finish area, race bib, free parking, medical care, access to the soundgarden, and entry to the After-Run-Party, as well as individual timing by easychip.
Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 16 years old.
