San Diego 5K SCADaddle for Research
Join us for the SCADaddle 5K run/walk, a timed event supporting critical research into Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection (SCAD). SCAD is a significant cause of heart attacks, particularly in young, healthy women, and research is crucial to understand its causes and treatments.
Event Details:
- Date: September 11, 2026
- Location: Crown Point Park on Mission Bay (South end), San Diego, CA, US, 92109
- Course: Scenic 3.1-mile route along the bay walkway.
- Parking: Free parking available.
Awards: Overall male and female winners will receive awards. Medals/recognition will also be given to 2nd and 3rd place finishers (male/female overall) and top finishers in various age groups.
Registration: Register by August 15, 2026, to guarantee your t-shirt. Early registration is encouraged.
Post-Race Activities: Enjoy refreshments, including custom ACAI bowls, face painting, and vendors. Fun for all ages while supporting a great cause!
Fundraising: Raise at least $1,000 to receive a refund of your registration fee. Fundraising pages are automatically created during registration.
