RUN33SE
RUN33SE is a charity fundraiser held at 33 Raneese Road, Seskinore, organised by R33 to mark the gym's ten year anniversary and to raise money for a rural community defibrillator. The event is an in-person fitness event with an untimed format; there are no chip timers or official timing.
Participants compete in teams of two. Teams may be mixed pairs or same sex pairs. Mixed pairs will use the men's weights for strength movements. Both partners must complete each partner run together and may divide the station work between them as they choose. The organiser will contact participants for team member names.
The event publishes two versions of the workout. The RX workout includes repeated partner runs of 800 m and stations such as a 1 km Ski Erg, kettlebell swings (80 total at 20/12.5 kg), wall balls (80 at 9/6 kg), assault bike calories, an overhead carry, dumbbell snatches (80 at 20/12.5 kg), a 1 km row and burpees. The Scaled workout reduces run distances to 400 m and lowers movement volumes and weights, for example 60 kettlebell swings (16/8 kg), 60 wall balls (6/3 kg), and 60 dumbbell snatches (15/8 kg).
Tickets were listed at £50 and availability was marked as sold out. Refunds were available up to seven days before the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
