Description: Norton King’s Daughters’ Health invites you to support our Prevention & Wellness programs by running or walking in our 26th annual Run the Falls 5K. This road course runs through the beautiful Clifty Falls State Park. Proceeds from this race will benefit the Norton KDH EMS Transport Hub project.
Early Packet Pickup & Race Day Registration:
- Early Packet Pickup: Friday, 5-7 p.m. at the hospital.
- Race Day Registration: Clifty Falls pool, Saturday starting at 7 a.m.

Race Start/Finish: Clifty Falls State Park swimming pool parking lot.
Awards: Overall awards to 5K Run male & female winners. Age group awards: 13 & Under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Up
Race Fees: $25 (includes t-shirt if ordered by Oct 28). Does not include online registration fee. Race t-shirts available at the race for $10 while supplies last.
