Run Henham 10km
The breath-taking Run Henham is organised by EPIC Norfolk and held all within the grounds of the private, stunning Henham Park (home to Latitude Festival), with a 10km or 1km fun run. Situated in the heart of Suffolk, close to Southwold, you will get to see the park grounds in all of its Autumn glory.

Race Entry Details:
- 10km: £26 + booking fee
- 1km Fun Run: £10 + booking fee
Charity Entry (10km):
Fundraise a minimum of £100 for Big-C or East Anglian Air Ambulance through an official fundraising page to receive a refund of your entry fee. Contact details will be shared with the selected charity. If fundraising minimum is not met, entry will be removed.
Event Features:
- All entries include a bespoke race medal.
- The 10km will include chip-timing provided by Total Race Timing.
- Race numbers can be posted for an additional £1.20 or collected on race day.
- Official Race T-shirts can be purchased for £15 (unisex sizes XS to XXXXL).
- Bag drop available near the start/finish line.
- Marshals and First Aiders will be positioned around the course.
- Only bone conducting headphones are permitted.
- Dogs are not permitted.
- Running buggies are permitted.
Start Times:
- 1km Fun Run: 09:30am (All ages)
- 10km: 10:00am (Entrants must be at least 15 years or over)
Important Information:
- Entries are non-refundable.
- Places can be transferred to another runner up to 2 weeks before the race.
- No refunds or deferrals to future races.
