About the Race
The Run & Roll4Kaboost is the most inclusive running event in Flanders. Experienced runners, recreational runners, wheelchair users, blind runners, blade runners, and buggy riders run together. The 7 km loop can be completed one or more times—choose your own challenge. For those who prefer a more relaxed participation, there's the Roll4Kaboost: 1 km laps for young and old, at your own pace. The Kaboost children run along with godfathers Koen and Nono Wauters and Prof. Dr. Ruth Van der Looven—a moment you don't want to miss. The entire event is fully wheelchair accessible. Buddies, adapted wheelchairs, and running buggies are provided (in collaboration with Triple Challenge, Blind Running, and Blades on Track). During the run, you can count on aid stations, entertainment, and even clinic clowns along the course.

- 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Entertainment (Zumba, Cliniclowns)
- 9:30 AM: Presentation of Sanapolis, KABOOST, godfathers Koen & Nono
- 10:00 AM: Starting shot for all distances (rollers first)
- 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM: Continuous guided tour of Sanapolis (film screening)
- 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM: BBQ at brasserie ’t Oud Sanatorium
- 2:00 PM: Official end of competition

- 21 km — three laps
- 28 km — four laps
- Plogronde 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Plogronde: We clean up the neighborhood while walking, in collaboration with Mooimakers.
Aid stations: every 7 km — water, sports drink, fruit, sports nutrition. Cups provided.
