The RSR is an exciting, innovative and social concept that brings the best bits of running into one memorable event. It features 11 Timed Stages covering 20km of Superb Trails & Parkland Across Sheffield. An exhilarating running journey showing you some of the very best trails and parkland through the UK’s greenest city, Sheffield! Each of the 11 timed stages have unique character and challenge. Expect rewarding climbs, amazing scenery, and smile-inducing, flowing trails. 11 mini races in one. 11 runner's highs!
A smörgåsbord of bite-sized stages, each raced and timed individually. Walk to recover, relax and regroup with friends between stages, ready for the next one. A time for each stage, and a time overall, received within seconds of finishing. Friendly competition options aplenty! Running solo or as a pair, the choice is yours. Regardless, you’ll feel huge support from those around you. The race is open to all from top elites to those just starting out.
The RSR is all about amplifying the best bits of running: the atmosphere around the course, the laughs, the smiles, the whoops, the high fives, the shared food and drink. The post-race festival atmosphere includes draft ales, tasty food, and a great DJ ensuring that everyone can celebrate and exchange stories in style.
