41. Rostocker Triathlon
The countdown is on – only five weeks until the 41st Rostocker Triathlon on July 12, 2026. It's time for your REGISTRATION! With suitable competition formats for everyone, we want to make the day a great experience for all participants, spectators, and guests again. From children to age group athletes, from triathlon beginners to elite athletes, in individual competitions or as a relay – there is an opportunity for everyone to master their sporting challenge.
New this year: There will be a "time trial" for the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern State League. Points will be awarded for the sprint distance as part of the 41st Rostocker Triathlon. The points are awarded according to a sophisticated system, summarized at the end over the selected DTU competitions in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. We wish the teams much success in collecting points and hope that we will have an official DTU State League Mecklenburg-Vorpommern from 2027 onwards.
With an exciting race, the Regionalliga Nord is also back at the 41st Rostocker Triathlon. This year, the teams will compete for the coveted league points in an absolutely spectacular team sprint. The online registration is well attended – the number of starting places is limited. Those who want to save something and want to secure a starting place should not hesitate too long with registration. Be there when the Rostocker Triathlon enters its 41st edition against the summery backdrop of the IGA Park! We wish you a lot of fun and success in your competition preparations and look forward to many participants and cheering guests.
Anyone who wants to experience the competition up close but has no athletic ambitions is very welcome as a helper. You can register here to join the helper team and be very close to the competition.

Important Notes:
- A personal, highly visible (light-colored) swim cap must be worn. For sustainability reasons, no swim caps will be provided by the organizer with the race documents.
- We expressly point out that drafting is prohibited on the bike in ALL competitions!
- We also point out that the schedule below may be subject to change. Please inform yourself in good time before the competition!
- No racing or time trial bike is required for participation in the triathlon – touring, trekking, or mountain bikes are also possible.
- NO racing bikes are allowed for students D and C. The courses do not permit it, and racing bikes are not required in this age group!
- Distribution of race documents will take place between 08:00 and 13:30!
