Roseanna’s Run
This annual 5K or 1 mile walk/run honors Roseanna’s memory and aims to raise awareness about domestic violence. A portion of the proceeds will support the Crisis Intervention & Advocacy Center in Madison County, Iowa, while the remainder will go towards her daughters' college savings fund.
Roseanna Otto was a devoted mother to three beautiful little girls and a cherished sister, daughter, and friend. Known for her love, generosity, and nurturing spirit, she was tragically taken from us by her abusive ex-boyfriend on May 27, 2019, in Winterset, Iowa.
Day of Schedule:
- 8:00 AM - Registration, Registrant Check-In & Race Day Village Opens including breakfast and ticket raffle
- 9:00 AM - Opening Remarks
- 9:15 AM - 5K/1Mile Begin
- 10:15 AM (or when everyone has completed the race) - Raffle Drawing Winners announced
