ROCKIN' RIVERFEST 5k, 10K, HALF MARATHON & Fun Run!
Welcome to the Rockin' Riverfest 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, and Fun Run! This event is fun, flat, fast, and family-friendly, taking place on Saturday morning, July 4th. Participants will receive finisher medals, t-shirts, and swag. The parade starts at 10:00 AM, so run the race and then enjoy the parade!
Start Time: 7:30 AM
The race starts on the Katy Trail, leading through shady single-track trails beside the beautiful Missouri River. Water/aid stations will be available at mile 1.5 (and mile 4 and 5 for the 10K, double that for the Half).

Water/Sports drink and Ice will be available at aid stations and Racers Village. The 10k and 13.1 races will have additional aid stations. Enjoy music at Racers Village and a new this year - a Cold Plunge at the finish line pavilion!
This is a great way to kick off your July 4th festivities. After the race, stick around to enjoy the Parade (starts 1 block away at 10 AM), historic riverfront shops, and all the Riverfest activities. Bring friends and family to make signs and cheer you on!
Custom Rockin' Riverfest awards will be given to the top 3 finishers in the following age groups for the 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon: (1-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+).
Splits are timed with instant results. Please consider donating to The St. Charles School District Cross Country program; 100% of proceeds stay local to support student needs.
Saint Charles Riverfest: The City's premier Fourth of July Festival featuring live music, great food and drinks, children's activities, a carnival, and fireworks.
Packet Pick-up:
- Thursday, July 2nd at Bike Stop Cafe from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Race morning in Racers Village from 6:15 AM - 7:15 AM
National Anthem at 7:26 AM. Race starts at 7:30 AM!
