Sprint Triathlon (Solo + Relay): .3 mile swim | 15 mile bike | 5K run
Olympic Triathlon (Solo + Relay): .9 mile swim | 25 mile bike | 10K run
Olympic Aqua Bike: .9 mile swim | 25 mile bike
All races start at 7:00 AM at Spring Hill. Olympic athletes go first, followed by Sprint.
