Neptune Township and the Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners present the 13th Annual Pound the Pavement for Purple 5K Run/Walk and 2 Mile Walk on September 19, 2026.

- 5K Run Start Time: 10:00 AM
- 2 Mile Walk Start Time: 10:15 AM

Pre-registration: until September 16th
Online registration ends: September 15th
On-site Registration and Packet Pickup: Wednesday, 9/16 between 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at SUNSETS RIVERFRONT RESTAURANT & BAR, 302 S CONCOURSE, NEPTUNE, NJ
Entry Fees:
- Pre-Registration (through 9/25): $30.00
- Post-Registration and Race Day: $40.00
Raceday registration opens at 8:30 AM at The Headliner.

- Top 3 Male and Female Overall
- Top 3 Male and Female in each age group (18 & under, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90 and over)
- Top 3 Fundraisers

The 2 Mile Family Walk is not a timed event.
