Join us for our Post Falls Sprint Triathlon at Q’emiln Park. The race consists of a .3-mile swim, 12-mile bike ride and 3-mile run. Chip timing provided, snacks and an award ceremony will follow the race. Race begins at 7:00am.

- Individual Duathlon: 1.3-mile run, 19.6k bike, 3.1-mile run (Total distance approx. 16.4 Miles)
- Team Duathlon: 1.3-mile run, 19.6k bike, 3.1-mile run (Total distance approx. 16.4 Miles)
Packet Pick-Up:
- Friday, July 31, 4-6pm at Post Falls City Hall (408 Spokane Street)
- Saturday, August 1, 1:00-3:00pm at Q’emiln Park
- Sunday, August 2, 5:30am-6:15am on Race Day at Q’emiln Park
Positive ID check-in required with photo ID for all registrants. Must show USAT membership card or be prepared to purchase a one-day membership. No third-party packet pick-up.
Directions:
The race start, finish and transition area will be at Q’emiln Park located at 12201 West Parkway Drive. I-90 to Spokane Street Exit, South on Spokane Street, Right on Parkway Drive. Q’emiln Park is on the Right hand side. Parking will be available on the top lot on race day.
