3rd POCO TRAIL RELAY

The Poco Trail Relay is a 25.3 km event that can be run solo or by teams of two, three, or four. Each runner on your team must register and pay their individual registration fee.
Registration Fees:
- Super-Earlybird: Through June 15: Adults $40; U17 $30 (add GST and fees at checkout)
- Earlybird: June 16 - July 15: Adults $45; U17 $35 (add GST and fees at checkout)
- Regular: July 16 - August 15: Adults $50; U17 $40 (add GST and fees at checkout)
- Late: August 16 - September 2: Adults $55; U17 $45 (add GST and fees at checkout)
- Super-late: September 3 - 6: Adults $60; U17 $50 (add GST and fees at checkout)
GST and checkout fees are additional.

Start and Finish Line: Hyde Creek Recreation Centre
Leg Distances and Notes:
- Leg 1: Hyde Creek Rec Centre to Gates Park - 4.1 km
- Leg 2: Gates Park to Castle Park - 7.7 km (includes the Poco Climb)
- Leg 3: Castle Park to Tinhouse Brewing - 6.1 km
- Leg 4: Tinhouse Brewing to Hyde Creek Recreation Centre - 7.4 km
There will be a hydration station with water and electrolytes at each exchange point. Teams are responsible for transportation between exchange points. The final runner collects finisher medals for the entire team. Prizes are awarded for Funniest Team Name and Best Costume. A post-run gathering is planned at Tinhouse Brewing.
Packet Pick Up:
Friday, September 4, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM at a location TBD. A limited last-minute pick up will be available Sunday morning at the Poco Run Club tent.
