Pobershauer Schwarzwassertallauf
The Pobershauer Schwarzwassertallauf is a running and walking event organized by the athletics department of TSV 1872 Pobershau. It will take place on Sunday, July 26, 2026, in Marienberg OT Pobershau/Hinterer Grund.
Registration
Pre-registration via email to anmeldung(at)trans-miriquidi(punkt)de until Sunday, July 19, 2026, 8:00 PM. Please provide NAME, FIRST NAME, CONTACT details. Registration lists will be available at the start and must be signed by all participants before the start and after finishing.
Participation Numbers
The event requires a minimum of 10 participants to proceed (achieved by the pre-registration deadline). The maximum number of participants is limited to 99. Late registration on the day of the event is possible until the limit is reached.
Costs
There are no participation fees. Optional running and walking badges are available for €5 for a new acquisition (must be indicated in pre-registration by Sunday, June 28, 2026, 8:00 PM) or €2 for renewal.
Start
Starts at 08:00 AM, staggered by pace groups (approx. 10 people per group) with intervals of approximately one minute: <5:00 min/km, 5:00-6:00 min/km, 6:00-7:00 min/km, >7:00 min/km.
Course
The course starts and finishes at the Kinder- und Jugendzentrum Haus Pobershau in Pobershau Hinterer Grund. It follows the Schwarzwassertalweg, Kühnhaide, Grenzweg, and Kriegwaldweg towards Rübenau and back. The maximum distance is a half marathon, with turn-around points available at any time. The course is marked every 2.5 km.
Refreshments
Drinks and fruit will be available at the start/finish and in Kühnhaide (approximately at km 8/13). Refreshments after the run are possible in the Schwarze Pockau (without soap).
Transport
Return transport is possible from Kühnhaide (approx. 8 km or 13 km on the way back from Rübenau) for up to 8 people after all participants have completed their respective passages.
Important Notes
- Short sections run on public roads, and a district road is crossed twice. There are no road closures, and traffic regulations must be followed.
- Each participant competes at their own risk.
- Sanitary facilities are NOT available. Bring a towel for refreshment in the Schwarze Pockau.
Terms of Participation
By registering, participants acknowledge the exclusion of liability for personal and material damage, and the organizer's privacy policy. Participants confirm their training and health status are adequate for the event and acknowledge the risks involved. They agree to receive medical treatment at their own expense if necessary.
Data Protection
Participants agree to their personal data (name, surname, year of birth, club affiliation, age group, result, and placement) being published in media, including online, in written, image, and film formats.
Elevation Gain
On the half marathon course, there is an elevation difference of 235 meters from the lowest point (start at 545m above sea level) to the highest point (approx. 250m before the turn-around point in Rübenau at 780m above sea level).
