Plumlovman Triathlon
The Plumlovman will take place in Plumlov on Saturday 20 June 2026. You can run between 5 and 19 kilometers.

Date and Location: 20. 06. 2026 at 09:00, race start at 11:00 at Plumlov dam, Beach at Vrbičky.
Distances:
- Swimming: 500 m
- Mountain Bike: 19 km (two laps)
- Running: 5 km
Categories: The race is divided into categories for Women, Men, and relay. Age divisions are described below.
Parking: Parking is available at the summer cinema or minigolf parking lots.
Capacity: The race is limited to 110 individual participants and 10 relays.
Course Information
Swimming: Individual and relay participants start together at 11:00 for a 500m loop. Swimmers start from the Beach at Vrbičky towards the dam, navigating two buoys.
Mountain Bike: The cycling part consists of two laps, each 9.5 km. The course combines paved field/forest paths and asphalt cycle paths, with a majority of field/forest paths.
Running: The running part is 5 km.
Depot: Strict prohibition of cycling in the depot area. Violations will be penalized with a 15-second stop in the penalty box.
