Courses
- Hauptlauf: Approximately 10 kilometers. Start time: 18:00. Entry fee: 12€.
- Jedermannlauf: Approximately 4 kilometers. Start time: 18:10. Entry fee: 10€.
- Walking: Approximately 4 kilometers. Start time: 18:15. Walking sticks are allowed. Entry fee: 10€.
- Pferdinand Lauf: 350 meters. Start time: 17:00. Entry fee: 3€. (For participants up to age 2019)
The event will conclude with an award ceremony, an after-run party, and a raffle with numerous prizes and vouchers. All proceeds benefit TV Rodt-Müllenbach.
Race Details
Organizer: TV Rodt - Müllenbach
Start/Finish: The Pferdinand Lauf starts at the sports grounds of TV Rodt-Müllenbach (Friesenstraße 16, 51709 Marienheide). All other courses start at the Bruchertalsperre (Bruchertalsperre dam) in the forest, with signs from Evang. Kindergarten/Familienzentrum Müllenbach, Müllenbacher Str. 27, 51709 Marienheide.
Course Description: The courses are primarily on paved forest/hiking trails with a short section on a road. Use of the road is at your own risk.
Registration Deadline: June 04, 2026 (24:00). Late registrations are possible on-site for an additional fee, provided the participant limit of 500 is not reached.
Start Number Pickup: From 16:00 on the event day at Turnhalle Rodt, Friesenstraße 16, 51709 Marienheide.
Award Ceremony: Around 19:45 for all races except the PFERDINAND Lauf. Held at Turnhalle Rodt.
