Park to Pints Road Race
Park to Pints is a road race hosted by Strides Canmore, Salomon and CAMBA. The event offers two distances: 5 km and 10 km.
Registration includes race entry, professional timing, a professionally marked course, and a finisher beer or non-alcoholic beverage. Proceeds from the event are donated to the local trail organization. Participants are asked to bring a reusable cup for aid stations and to carry their own race nutrition to support a zero waste approach.
The Canmore courses include uphill and downhill sections. The 10 km course has been revised this year to a double-loop format to reduce overall vertical gain and remove problematic pinch points and major road crossings. Spectator zones are set up at the end of the first loop and at several access points along the course.
After the race there is a beer garden, live music from The Ducks, and food trucks including a curry dinner option from Authentic Indian. Volunteers are needed for setup, teardown, on-course support, medical and traffic control; volunteers receive an entry to the 2027 event and a drink ticket, and volunteer shifts can qualify for high school volunteer hours. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

Join Our Volunteer Team
Volunteers are what make community races the best experience possible for participants. Whether it is their first race ever or the last race of a participant's career, the volunteer team is often what people remember from their race! Help is needed for set-up, tear-down, on-course support, medical, and traffic control. If you have some spare time or are tapering for your next race, join our volunteer team at the link below. Each volunteer will receive an entry to the 2027 Park to Pints along with a drink ticket to be used in our beer gardens after their shift concludes.
