Osnabrücker 6-Stunden-Lauf 2026
The 10th Osnabrücker 6-Stunden-Lauf will take place on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at the Rubbenbruchsee in Osnabrück, Germany. This charity run supports the HelpAge campaign “Jede Oma zählt“.
With 300 available starting places, this event is suitable for various participants:
- Ambitious runners aiming to cover as many kilometers as possible in 6 hours.
- Those preparing for a marathon or ultra-marathon.
- Beginners looking to test their endurance on a longer run.
- Participants who wish to run, walk, or hike laps around the scenic lake with fellow enthusiasts.
Motto: We run together for a good cause, for 6 hours or just a few laps around the Rubbenbruchsee. Anything is possible!

Registration:
- Opens: January 2, 2026, at 00:00 AM
- Participants: Individual starters and teams (minimum 3, maximum 6 runners per team) are allowed.
- Scoring: Based on the highest kilometer distance covered within six hours.
- Entry Fee: €49 for individual starters, €145 for teams.
- Running Shirt: Optional "Jede Oma zählt" running shirt available for €25 (sizes S/M/L, inquire for others).
- Registration Deadline: August 16, 2026, at 23:59 PM
- Late Registration: Available on event day (08:00 - 09:30 AM) if spots are available. Late fees: €59 for individuals, €155 for teams (cash only).
- Note: No refunds or transfers of entry fees. Fees will be donated to the cause.
Course:
- Length: 3130 meters per lap around the Rubbenbruchsee.
- Surface: Wide, paved walking path.
- Note: The course is not closed to the public; expect to encounter walkers and cyclists. Please be considerate.
Inclusivity:
Since 2022, this is an inclusive event. Runners with disabilities will participate on a shortened course in cooperation with Heilpädagogische Hilfe Osnabrück.
