Bridge Runners Düsseldorf is a running crew founded in 2019 by Hanniel, Holger, Nicola, and Azib. The crew aims to connect runners globally and is composed of non-elite runners who train passionately. They believe in running as a team sport and set and achieve goals together. The crew welcomes anyone, regardless of their pace, and focuses on interval training. They have a fixed weekly schedule for various running activities. The crew also organizes their track workout every Thursday at the Düsseltal District Sports Complex.
