Olympijský běh – Ostrava - Komenského sady 2026
The Olympijský běh – Ostrava - Komenského sady will take place in Ostrava on Wednesday 17 June 2026. The route runs through a beautiful park, in the shade of trees along the Ostravice river. Your participation also contributes to the Czech Olympic Foundation.
Participant Information
Registration is online only until June 5, 2026. On-site registration will not be possible. You can register yourself and your friends or family at once. Click 'Add another runner' below the registration form, and all registrations will be placed in one shopping cart.

Start and check-in location: Komenského sady - near the monument
Main race start: 18:00 (the race will be broadcast live by Czech Radio)
Entry Fees
Early Bird (Feb 2 - Mar 31):
- Adult - No T-shirt: 250 Kč
- Adult - With T-shirt: 500 Kč
Standard (Apr 1 - May 31):
- Adult - No T-shirt: 350 Kč
- Adult - With T-shirt: 600 Kč
Late (Jun 1 - Jun 5):
- Adult - No T-shirt: 400 Kč
- Adult - With T-shirt: 650 Kč
Children's races:
- No T-shirt: 100 Kč
- With T-shirt: 300 Kč
Registration closes: June 5, 2026 (card payment), May 29, 2026 (bank transfer), or earlier if capacity is reached. On-site registration is not possible.
A portion of the entry fee (20 Kč) is donated to the Czech Olympic Foundation.
Additional Information
- The adult course is for individuals born in 2010 and older. Children born in 2011 and younger can participate with parental consent.
- Wheelchair and handbike participants are welcome.
- Chip timing will be used.
- Parking is available in surrounding streets or paid parking garages.
- Luggage storage is available on-site.

- 17:00: Start of children's race (1,000 m)
- 17:30: Children's race award ceremony
- 16:30 - 17:30: Main race package pickup
- 18:00: Start of main race (5 km and 10 km)
- 19:30 - 20:00: Main race award ceremony
