NWI Tri Training Day
Join us for a no‑pressure triathlon training day designed for every athlete—whether you’re gearing up for a 70.3, an Olympic distance, or just want to tackle one or two disciplines. Swim, bike, and run at your own pace with zero expectations and no medals—just you, your goals, and a supportive community.
All swimmers must use a buoy, and while the day is self‑supported, the club will provide on‑course nutrition and bike support to keep you moving strong. It’s the perfect chance to train, test your limits, and enjoy the journey.
Event Details:
- Swim: In Lake Michigan (course may vary based on conditions)
- Bike: Around Beverly Shores and Porter County (two loops for 70.3 distance)
- Run: Around Beverly Shores (two loops for 70.3 distance)
- Start/Transition: Kemil Beach (National park pass required)
Note: This is a training event, not a race. There is no timing, no awards, and no race swag. Participants can choose to complete all disciplines, or just swim, aquabike, or run one loop.
Support: NWI TRI will provide cold water, Gatorade endurance, and some nutrition at Kemil beach parking lot. Routes will be shared closer to the event.
