Get ready to lace up and hit the pavement with our exhilarating race! Set your alarms for an 8:30 AM start and be sure to grab your packet 30 minutes prior, as there's no on-site registration – all runners must sign up through RunSignup.
The start line buzzes next to the Knoxville Parks & Recreation building, ready to send you off on an adventurous out-and-back course, where 5K runners tackle it twice and 10K enthusiasts go for four. But don't sweat it; there's a 2-hour limit, ample time to push your limits and earn that finisher medal!
