Neusser Integrationslauf 2026
The 8th Neusser Integrationslauf will take place on September 19, 2026, in Neuss, Germany. This event is organized by the sports club DJK RHEINKRAFT Neuss 1914 e.V. with the core message that sport is lived integration, bringing together people of diverse backgrounds, skin colors, religions, and abilities. The event aims to showcase the power of sport, emotion, activity, community, and success, encouraging participation to include all people legally living in Germany.
About the Race
Participants can run or walk and the focus is on participation and supporting the goal of integration rather than just finishing first. The event is open to all ages, origins, skin colors, disabilities, and religions.
Courses and Information
- 5 km Integrationslauf/Walking: Starts together with walking. Includes timekeeping and separate awards for men and women.
- 1 km: For participants born 2011-2018.
- 400m Bambini-Lauf: For participants born 2019 and younger.
- Eltern-Kind-Lauf (Parent-Child Run)
- Schüler-Lauf (Student Run)
Prizes and Awards
- Bambinilauf and Eltern-Kind-Lauf participants receive a commemorative medal.
- Participants in age classes U10-U20 (1st-3rd place) receive a medal and certificate.
- Adult runners (W/M 20-70) aged 20-70 receive medals and certificates for 1st-3rd place in 5-year age groups.
- Walking has timekeeping and awards for men and women, without age group classifications.
- Participants with disabilities are awarded separately for men and women, without age group classifications.
Registration Fees
Early Bird Registration (until September 17, 2026, 24:00):
- 5 km: €10.00 + €5.00 deposit for the start number (born 2014 and earlier)
- 1 km: €6.00 + €5.00 deposit for the start number (born 2011-2018)
- 400m: €5.00 + €5.00 deposit for the start number (born 2019 and younger)
Payment via SEPA direct debit. Start number deposit is refunded upon return.
Race Day Registration (from 13:00 on September 19, 2026):
- 5 km: €12.00 + €5.00 deposit
- 1 km: €8.00 + €5.00 deposit
- 400m: €7.00 + €5.00 deposit
Important: Bring your ID card for start document pickup.
Facilities
Changing rooms, showers, and baggage drop-off are available on the event grounds. The organizer is not liable for lost items.
