Neon Night Run X Hyrox at Everlast Gym
This in person event takes place at Everlast Gym in Liverpool and is presented by Neon Running Events UK. The programme combines a music led warm up, a timed group run, workout stations and recovery facilities across an evening session.
Participants start with a live DJ warm up and then take part in a 5K neon night run to dance music. After the run, there are two options: a HYROX style simulation or a HUSTLE circuit class for a high intensity workout. The venue offers recovery amenities including a sauna and a cold plunge, plus continued access to gym space for lifting, stretching or independent training.
A cafe area provides space to rest and socialise. Every ticket includes a healthy meal provided by The Good Prep and an electrolyte hydration drink from Good to Go Recovery.
