Muker Show Fell Race
The Muker Show Fell Race takes place on farmland near Muker on the B6270 between Richmond and Kirkby Stephen. The course runs down to and through a river, then climbs the far side to Fremington Edge. Runners turn right along the top, round the posts at the far end, descend usually onto an inclined track, cross the river again and climb up the fields to finish in the show ring.
The course distance is 1.40 miles / 2.25 km with 550 feet / 170 meters of climb. The event is a BOFRA Senior Championship counter.
