This event is one of 8 marathons in 8 countries over 17 days. The Africa Challenge is designed for efficient travel between locations with direct, nonstop flights. The series includes marathons in Eswatini, South Africa (Johannesburg), Lesotho, Angola, Mozambique, Malawi, Uganda, and Burundi.
Participants can choose to run in any number of countries, with each race having a separate registration. The host hotels are selected to be close to the start of each race course.

Registration Details:
- Early Bird limit: 20 runners per event. Registration closes when limit is reached or 2 days prior to the event.
- Early Bird Registrations Fee includes: finisher medal, bib number, and official finisher time. Late registrants are not guaranteed a medal.
- All races are limited to 20 runners on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- No refunds are issued. Fees cover medals, bibs, and volunteer costs.
- The organizer reserves the right to reject registrations without giving reasons.
- Visas are the sole responsibility of participants.
- Races may not have official permits, insurance, or medical services. Participants run at their own risk.
- Races are self-supporting; participants must bring their own drinks and nutrition.
Event Specifics:
- Courses: Generally flat terrain with multiple laps.
- Cut-off time: 9:00 after start.
- Timekeeping: GPS watch or device with minimum 9 hours battery capacity is mandatory.
- Awards: All finishers receive a medal and finish results list.
