Races and Categories:
- 1 km - Schülerlauf: For participants aged 6-9 years (born 2020-2017).
- 3 km - Einsteigerlauf 1: For participants aged 10 years and older (born 2016 and earlier).
- 5.2 km - Einsteigerlauf 2: For participants aged 14 years and older (born 2012 and earlier). This is a scoring race for the Geraer Laufcup for age groups MJ/WJ U16.
- 10.2 km - Hauptlauf: For participants aged 16 years and older (born 2010 and earlier). This is a scoring race for the Geraer Laufcup for age groups MJ/WJ U18 up to seniors.
- 7 km - Nordic Walking: No age limit.
Schedule:
- From 16:00: Registration office opens
- 18:00: Start 1km
- 18:15: Start 3km Run and 7km Nordic Walking
- Approx. 18:40: Award ceremony for 1km and 3km
- 18:50: Start 5.2km and 10.2km
- Approx. 20:30: Award ceremony for 7km Nordic Walking, 5km, and 10km

- 10 km: 13 EUR
- Late registration fee from 11.06.2026: 3 EUR
Payment is by SEPA direct debit. Start fees are non-refundable.

- Overall and age group rankings according to DLV.
- Each participant can print a certificate online.
- Award ceremonies for top 3 male and female overall finishers in each race.
- Medals for Schülerlauf (1km) and Einsteigerlauf (3km).
