Join us for the Mittsommer-Lauf Düsseldorf on June 21, 2026, starting at sunrise (05:18 AM). You can choose between a 6km and a 12km course around the beautiful Unterbacher See. Both professional runners and hobby runners/walkers are welcome.

Courses
- 6 km: A scenic route around the Unterbacher See.
- 12 km: Two laps of the 6km course around the Unterbacher See.
The start is at 05:18 AM for all participants. A virtual participation option is also available.
