Mesumer Adventslauf
The 40th Mesumer Adventslauf takes place on Saturday, November 28, 2026, in Rheine, Germany. The event features several races for different age groups and distances.
Competitions:
- 13:00 Uhr Schülerlauf (approx. 1 km): For age groups U10, U8, and younger (born by Dec 31, max 9 years old).
- 13:30 Uhr Schülerlauf (approx. 2 km): For age groups U14, U12 (born by Dec 31, min 10 and max 13 years old).
- 14:00 Uhr 5 km Lauf: Target finish time 14:50. For age groups U14 to 80 (born by Dec 31, min 12 and max 85 years old). This also serves as the 5km Road Running District Championship for Steinfurt/Tecklenburg districts.
- 15:00 Uhr 10 km Lauf: Target finish time 16:20. For age groups U14 to 80 (born by Dec 31, min 12 and max 85 years old).
Start / Finish: Sportzentrum Mesum / Hassenbrockstadion / Alexander von Humboldt Schule, Hassenbrockweg 40, 48432 Rheine-Mesum.

Late registration on the day of the event is possible with cash payment and an additional fee of €2. Online registration is open from October 1st up to two days before the event. On-site registration will also be available.

Distribution starts from 12:00 PM in the Aula of the Alexander von Humboldt School.
Awards:
Material prizes for the first-placed participants according to the stated rankings. Certificates/prizes will not be sent by mail.

Participation is at your own risk. The organizer assumes no liability for damages of any kind.
Changing Rooms/Showers:
Available in the Alexander von Humboldt Sports Hall at the Hassenbrock Sports Center.
