Get ready to lace up and hit the ground running at our exhilarating event! The race kicks off bright and early at 8:30 AM, so be sure to arrive with enough time to grab your packet—pick-up begins 30 minutes before the race and wraps up just 10 minutes before we start. Keep in mind that registration is exclusively online via RunSignup, as there won't be any on-site sign-ups on race day.
Set next to the vibrant Knoxville Parks & Recreation building, our course offers both 5K and 10K options—loop the out-and-back track twice for 5K, or take on the challenge four times for 10K. You've got 2 hours to cross that finish line, where finisher medals and cool gear await at our online shop.
