Marathon Sun Life de Granby
The Marathon Sun Life de Granby is scheduled for October 4 2026 in Granby, QC, at 230 Rue Drummond. The race starts at Daniel-Johnson Park and the course tours Granby downtown and the shores of Lake Boivin; the full marathon includes sections in Yamaska National Park. The routes qualify for the Boston Marathon and the New York City Marathon.

Services include official chip timing, timing mats for split times and live tracking on the Sportstats mobile app. Included for participants are a post-race meal, a technical shirt unless declined at registration, a participation medal, distinctive medals by age category and medal engraving courtesy of Sun Life. Event photos are provided free of charge approximately 24 hours after the race. Bib pickup is listed as coming soon.
Refueling stations supply water and Brix electrolytes and some stations are near restrooms. A secure monitored area is available for bag drop. Shuttle service connects the Amazoo water park parking lot and Daniel-Johnson Park. Pace bunnies are provided for the 42.2 km, 21.1 km, 10 km and 5 km distances.
All courses welcome independent participants, people needing assistance and wheelchair users. Through a partnership with the Carte Accompagnement Loisir CAL, registration is free for accompanying support persons. Walkers may participate in distances of 10 km or less; separate medals are awarded to the top male and female walkers but age group medals do not apply to the walking discipline. Results are posted in real time on Sportstats and podium ceremonies honor the top three men and women in each distance as well as the top three in each age group.
